New mixed use destination located in downtown Houston designed by OMA. Taking adaptive re-use to a new level, this warehouse that once served as the regional Post Office headquarters was transformed into a mixed use development. The design combines food hall with retail development and co-working spaces. It tops is all off with the largest rooftop park in the U.S. Atriums and bespoke monumental stairs break up th interior space and separate each program type while connecting the street level to the rook. The aesthetics of each triple height atrium is tailored to suit the individual use.
